Volkan Severcan, who was born in Izmir on August 28, 1966, is a well-liked actor in Turkish theater and film. Severcan, an Izmir Private Turkish College alum, began his studies at the Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Business Administration before earning his degree from the Theater and Acting Department of Istanbul University State Conservatory.

In 1984, he began his employment at the Istanbul City Theater. He participated in the stages of the Dormen Theater, Tiyatrokare, and Theater Istanbul at the start of each of those years. Additionally, he later performed on stage in the theater he founded, Theater Sahnekarlar.

He also served as Taksim Art House’s business manager in the 1990s. One of the most sought-after actors in TV shows and movies, Volkan Severcan still performs on stage and serves as the general art director of the theater he founded, Sahnekarlar.

She married her husband, Buket Dereolu, in 1994. But she was forced to dissolve her marriage two years later. In 1997, he tied the knot for a second time. From this marriage, he has a daughter.
He appeared on stage in the play Oyun Oyun in 2005. He has directed plays for the stage in addition to acting in them. He was the director of the plays Kesanl Ali Epic and Avenue Q.
